If you follow the Sister Wives family on Instagram, you may have noticed that Caleb doesn’t post much. For updates about their two kids, Axel and Evie, fans rely on Maddie. She posts fairly often on social media and has lots of cute pictures to share of the kiddos. She’s also been sharing pregnancy updates as she’s expecting baby number three. Of course, fans love getting a peek into her life.
Caleb’s last post, until he reappeared this week, was in May 2022 for Mother’s Day. Before that, his most recent post was in honor of Veteran’s Day in November 2021. So, it might surprise you to learn that he shared a new post on Thursday.
Caleb Brush returns to Instagram on a special day.
In a new Instagram post this week, Caleb penned a sweet tribute to his wife Maddie. On November 3, she celebrated her 27th birthday. Along with a loving message, Caleb shared a beautiful photo of the two of them together. In the snap, Maddie is showing off her baby bump as she and her husband smile for the picture.
Caleb gushed, “Happy birthday my sweet and amazing wife! What can I say, you make me smile as soon as I see you.”
Then, Maddie Brush’s husband said, “You make me want to be a better husband and father.”
He went on to talk about how she always laughs at his jokes and thanked her for being who she is. You can read the full message and see the new picture he shared in the Instagram post below.

Later, Maddie Brush responded to the birthday tribute from her husband. She seemed to appreciate his kind words and wrote, “Thank you my love! ❤️ You make me a better wife and mother!”
Also in the comments, Sister Wives fans are wishing Maddie a happy birthday. She got lots of love from many of her family’s followers. Hopefully, Maddie had a wonderful 27th birthday with her family and friends.
