Amy Halterman Takes Little Gage To Haunted Forest
Most 1000-Lb. Sisters fans know that Amy Halterman is the Queen of Halloween. It’s one of her absolute favorite holidays — she even named her sons after horror movie characters.
Her son Gage will be two years old very soon. Although some fans thought the haunted forest would be too scary for him, Amy knew it was the perfect choice for a family outing.
Most parents wouldn’t dream of taking their small children to such a scary place, but it seemed like the family had a great time. Keep reading to learn a little bit more about Gage’s haunted forest adventure.
Amy Halterman says Gage had a blast in the forest
Many children would be absolutely terrified to go anywhere near a haunted forest. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case with Amy Halterman’s boys. Gage Halterman isn’t quite two years old yet, but he’s already experienced Halloween to the fullest.
“Omg got to meet Douglas tait or Mike Mayer from Halloween kills. Gage loved the haunt forest. He had a blast playing with the cast,” Amy wrote online. In the comments, some fans expressed some confusion because Douglas Tait‘s credits don’t include Halloween Kills. However, his Wikipedia page does suggest that he has frequent horror movie roles.
In the photo, Gage is wearing adorable pajamas with dinosaurs on them. His parents are smiling and posing alongside Douglas Tait.
Based on the photos, it doesn’t appear that they brought along their new baby, Glenn. He was born in July, so it seems that the Haltermans thought he was too little for a family outing like this.
What do you think about the Haltermans bringing their toddler to a haunted forest? Is Gage too little for activities like this, or did he fit in just fine? Leave your own thoughts and opinions in the comments below.
Gage Halterman adjusts to being an older brother
Gage Halterman has only been a big brother for about three months now. But according to Amy, he’s already exceeding expectations here. The TLC star regularly uploads photos of her boys snuggling one another.
“Omg glenn 2 week,” Amy captioned an Instagram post from over the summer. “How time fly when ur living out your dreams. Gage is learning to be the best big brother ever. Even watches glenn sleep. Checking on him.”
Hopefully in time, Glenn can join his older brother and parents at the haunted forest. In years ahead, the Haltermans will have many opportunities to have family-themed costumes. Fans can’t wait to see the photos.
