Hallmark Media has signed their first non-North American to an exclusive contract. According to Deadline, the feel-good network signed Will Kemp to a multi-picture deal. This includes exclusivity for holiday movies.
That means that Kempers can expect to see their favorite star every holiday season in the near future. That thrill extends to Hallmark Media’s upper management.
Lisa Hamilton Daly, the Executive Vice President of Programming at Hallmark Media gushed, “Will Kemp brings great versatility to each and every role and we’re excited to expand our partnership with him to develop new programming.”
She also mentioned Will’s upcoming role in Jolly Good Christmas, the Ron Oliver-written movie that also stars Reshma Shetty, and takes place in London.
We can’t wait for viewers to see will in Jolly Good Christmas, where he gets to showcase his ability to play both comedic and heartfelt moments.

The Royal Matchmaker star shared his enthusiasm for Hallmark. In a statement, he shared his joy and anticipation about his future projects with the network.

Will Kemp’s Career Began In Dance
Before Will Kemp became an actor, he was a different sort of performer. He graduated from the Royal Ballet School and was in the Matthew Bourne award-winning production of Swan Lake. This production was also on Broadway.
Kemp quickly became well-known as a dancer and a model. His Gap ad was a sensation! He continued on stage in Equus, portraying a horse and carrying Daniel Radcliffe around in that West End production.
Eventually, he starred in a cornucopia of television and movie projects. They include Van Helsing, Mindhunters, The Princess Switch 3, Reign, Doom Patrol, Girlfriend’s Guide To Divorce, Spinning Out, and in his first movie with Lacey Chabert, Lifetime’s Non-Stop.
Eventually, Kemp starred in several Hallmark movies including Royal Matchmaker, Love, Romance, & Chocolate, and Christmas Waltz. Jolly Good Christmas is his fourth Hallmark Christmas movie, with many more to follow.
