Lala Kent commemorates four years of sobriety

On Saturday, October 21, Lala Kent shared two photos on her Instagram feed. The first one shows the Bravo star in a chocolate brown one-shoulder crop top, which she paired with matching cycling shorts and white running sneakers. She held her daughter Ocean Emmett on her hip. Her one-year-old daughter was dressed as Sully from Monster’s Inc.

Lala Kent posed with her family members. In the second photo, she included a snapshot of Ocean with a friend. In her caption, she announced that Saturday marked four years of sobriety. She got excited over the day as she gushed about her journey.

“Today marks 4 years of sobriety. The weekend was full of love & support,” Lala Kent wrote in her Instagram post. “Being present for my daughter… that part is priceless. I’m grateful & extremely humbled by each birthday that passes. But y’all, I am proooooud! Hell yessss, Lala. You better work, girl. 💃🎉”

Lala received a lot of love and support from her fellow Bravolebrities. This comes on the heels of the BravoCon 2022, where she was proud to join like-minded women. During the event, she was also joined by her Vanderpump Rules co-stars for a special panel. Lala shared that she’s dating someone that she might be in love with.

Lala Kent also took to her Instagram Story to share another post. This time, she wanted to share a tribute to a drink that made sobriety “f***ing fantastic.” In true Lala style, she shared a photo of several cans of Perrier water by her bed. She shared her love for the drink on her podcast.

“Before I go to bed… a tribute,” Lala Kent wrote on her Instagram Story. “@perrier, thank you for making 4 years of sobriety f*cking fantastic. Thank you for calming my nerves. Thank you for helping me through tough days. Thank you for helping me get buckwild. I love you.”
