In the newest Little People, Big World (LPBW) preview, Matt Roloff tries to set the record straight on what went down with the farm negotiations. Scroll down to find out what he is explaining in Season 24, which begins next month.

On the show, viewers have seen some of the drama surrounding the future of Roloff Farms. For years, fans have assumed that one of Matt and Amy’s four kids would eventually take over the farm. However, negotiations began and it became clear that Zach Roloff would not be getting the farm. Jeremy Roloff also revealed that his offer was not accepted.

Now, on social media, fans have been calling out Matt Roloff and accusing him of leading his kids on for years. Some fans seem to believe that Matt’s kids were meant to inherit the farm rather than pay for it themselves.

In the newest preview, he’s attempting to clear the air on what really happened and what he’s meant this whole time.

In the new preview, which dropped on Thursday, October 20, Matt announces that a portion of the farm is on the market. This makes it pretty clear that none of his kids will be getting that section.

Then, in a confessional, the TLC star says, “I never said that anybody would inherit it.”

At some point in the new season, Matt will likely share more details with viewers. Hopefully, he will reveal the truth about the situation. But he seems to want everyone to know that he didn’t mean for his children to simply be given the farm, which may shock fans.

Immediately after, in another scene, Amy shares that this didn’t “go down well.”

Also in the preview, as we reported, Zach accuses his dad of “screwing the family.”

After realizing that he would not be getting the farm, Zach decided to create his own “legacy.”  He and his wife, Tori Roloff, moved their family into a new house in Washington.
