Eirene Donohue (A Christmas Spark, A Sugar & Spice Holiday) wrote the script, and Dustin Rikert (Next Stop, Christmas, Two Tickets To Paradise) directs this Lifetime Christmas movie.

According to The Futon Critic, Lifetime’s The 12 Days of Christmas Eve tells the story of Brian Conway (Kelsey Grammer). Although successful in business, Brian’s relationships have suffered instead of his work.
Business is good over the holidays. However, he is mostly estranged from his family. He is divorced. Moreover, his relationship with his daughter Michelle (Spencer Grammer) is considered strained at the best of times. Moreover, his connection with his only granddaughter is nonexistent.
Then, on Christmas Eve, Brian gets into a car accident. Santa decides that since it is the holiday season, he will cut Brian a good deal. He will give the businessman 12 chances for a do-over.
That means he can redo the day and fix the damaged relationships in his life. Best of all, he has 12 days to make this happen.
This experience changes him. Not only does he find the true meaning of Christmas. This meaning helps him figure out himself and where he missed out on love and happiness.
Can Brian right the wrongs of his life? These 12 chances bring Brian some self-realizations and breakthroughs. Will the Christmas spirit change him forever?
