The former Love Island star shared the details of his transformation. He told fans that he’s “absolutely loving the process.” Anton is fitter and happier than ever. He admitted that it’s a grueling process that requires a strict diet and fitness routine.

“Week 4 Update: 0.5kg off this week, total of 10kg (22lbs) Absolutely loving the process. Calories have been decreased this week, cardio remains at 35 mins ED,” Anon wrote on Instagram back in August. “We are definitely on track, if anything ahead of schedule now but no time to get complacent, this is where we hit the hammer now! 9 weeks out baby!”

I’m just happy now to have my life. I looked the best I’ve ever looked and I’m happy with that. Now I’m going to enjoy nice food.”
