‘The View’: Alyssa Farah Griffin Iced Out By Co-Hosts
The View host Alyssa Farah Griffin was recently iced out by her co-hosts off-camera. She only joined the show in August 2022 for Season 26 of the talk show, but there already appears to be some tension between the ladies. What’s going on with Alyssa and her fellow co-hosts? On October 6, Whoopi Goldberg, Sara Haines, and Sunny Hostin were all on the show alongside Alyssa, as usual. However, Joy Behar is currently out, so Ana Navarro filled in to round out the group.
In the past, inside sources have revealed to The Sun that the other The View co-hosts seem to keep their distance from Alyssa. Viewers have noticed other tense interactions since Alyssa joined the show, too. It’s worth noting that she joined as the conservative co-host, so they don’t always see eye-to-eye.
Whatever is going on between The View co-hosts doesn’t seem to be improving. A recent interaction only adds fuel to the fire.
The View: Alyssa Farah Griffin Iced Out By Co-Hosts
An inside source spoke exclusively to The Sun about the co-hosts’ interactions with one another on October 6. The source explained that Alyssa was all on her own during commercial breaks as the ladies filmed the Hot Topics part of the show. Rather than interacting with her co-hosts, Alyssa kept to herself and was on her phone. Meanwhile, Whoopi, Sunny, Sarah, and Ana chatted with each other.
Among all her The View co-hosts, Alyssa seems to be getting along the best with Sunny, but that doesn’t mean there’s no drama at all between those two. The insider said, “Sunny was the only one to initiate the conversation with Alyssa, though she mainly talked to her other co-stars.”
According to the insider, “Then when they finished filming with Huma Abedin, Sunny talked to the guest, while Sara, Whoopi, and Ana were in their own group chatting.”
The source then noted, “Alyssa just stood there awkwardly, as she waited for one of her co-stars to include her.”
The inside source shared that Alyssa mostly kept to herself the whole time, except when a crowd warmer suggested she should give the audience a look at her high heels.
