What Is Everyone Doing In New ‘Alaskan Bush People’ Season?
Alaskan Bush People returns this Sunday night to Discovery Channel and it is time to see what the Brown family has been up to over the last year.
It has been one year since patriarch Billy Brown died and last season ended right after his funeral. The Brown siblings and mother Ami picked up and attempted to move on. This season will see what that led to, and here is a look at what you can expect from each of the Browns heading into the new season.
Noah Brown looks back to Alaska
Noah Brown has a lot of fans worried. He seems to be ready to leave his mom and siblings behind because he wants to go back to Alaska. The trailer that showed the season’s highlights featured Noah on a plane headed back to his former home in Alaska. He’s looking for a place to move his wife and kids. Noah said he wanted to raise his children in the bush like he was.
However, it is also important to remember that Noah’s recent Instagram posts show his family is still in Washington with the rest of his siblings, so either he chose not to go back to Alaska, or he just hasn’t made the move yet. This season should answer that question.
Bear & Raiven get married on Alaskan Bush People
The most newsworthy of the Brown siblings to follow this season is Bear Brown. After his dad’s death, he and Raiven finally got married. That wedding will play out this season of Alaskan Bush People. However, there was a lot more going on in their lives. Raiven suffered through a miscarriage last year, but she is now pregnant with her rainbow baby. Bear was also arrested earlier this year — before her pregnancy — on domestic abuse charges.
While the show will include the wedding this season, it is not clear how far the filming went and whether the pregnancy will make this season.
Bird Brown has a medical crisis
Bird Brown was in the hospital with her sister Rain by her side. There is no word on what is wrong, but Discovery mentioned that it is a “major health crisis that forces her to make critical decisions about starting a family.”
Bam & Ami carry on at ranch on Alaskan Bush People
Ami Brown has had a lot of problems since Billy died. A former business associate sued the family. The family house also burned down. This season, it is Bam who will help his mom attempt to make their ranch profitable while fighting the weather condition.
Gabe builds his family
Finally, Gabe Brown is working on growing his own family while also preparing them for the harsh winter on the mountain.
