Erika Jayne’s RHOBH co-stars accused her of lacking empathy. In a previous episode, Kyle Richards went head-to-head with her about the ongoing case. The 51-year-old talked about it more than she’s like to. While Erika would like to forget about the case, her co-stars haven’t.

The topic took place during the cast trip to Aspen. At the time, Erika Jayne her co-stars asked her about the $750,000 earrings that her estranged husband Thomas Girardi gifted her. He allegedly used settlement funds for  her business and lavish lifestyle. After the girls went skiing and snowboarding, the conversation changed during dinner.

Garcelle Beauvais asked the former pop star why she hasn’t returned the earrings. Again during the group dinner, her co-stars brought up the earrings again. Erika confirmed they were now valued at “$1.3 million” and that she brought them along on the trip. The reality star said that she would only return them if they are “deemed not mine.”

Erika Jayne only has plans to return the earrings when the court orders her to. Garcelle said she would return them no matter what. The dinner got cold when Crystal Kung-Minkoff asked about her compassion and doing something outside the court of law.

Erika sternly told her that she’s making it about the “court of public opinion.” She feels that the legal case should play out. Even Kyle shared her thoughts her confessional and said that she felt that Erika wasn’t being empathetic to the victims. After the episode was filmed, a judge ordered Erika to return the earrings and a ruling found that she had no knowledge of her estranged husband’s alleged crimes.

Fans think Erika Jayne changed her tone. It’s not what you think. On Wednesday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, they accused her of changing her voice over the past few seasons. A throwback clip sent viewers into a firestorm on Twitter.

The old footage featured Erika Jayne talking about renovating their marital home. She walked around with Tom in their backyard. Erika had a higher-pitched voice that was different from her current tone, which is deeper. Some fans took to Reddit to call the Pretty Mess author “fake.”
