Bandai Namco’s Sci-Fi Game ‘Synduality’ Gets Anime Adaptation
It is a common practice for a manga series to be adapted as an anime. However, it isn’t often that we see a game being adapted as a full-blown anime series. Well, fans that are familiar with the Synduality project will be happy to learn that the game is getting its very own television anime adaptation.
Bandai Namco Entertainment Announces Synduality Anime Series
On Tuesday, Bandai Namco Filmworks, Bandai Spirits, and Bandai Namco Entertainment announced that their game show will have an anime series coming up soon. The companies also revealed a teaser visual & cast for the upcoming anime series.

The cast includes names such as:
- Nagisa Aoyama as Ciel
- Aoi Koga as Noir
- A.O as Schnee
The Bandai companies also announced that the franchise’s third-person shooter game will launch for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, & PC (via Steam) this year itself.
Synduality Game Gets A 2023 Release Date
As per Sony, the official description of the game reads:
“The year is 2222. It has been years since Tears of the New Moon, a mysterious rain poured and wiped out almost the entire human race. The poisonous rain gave birth to deformed creatures devouring humans, and humanity fled from the danger. As means of survival, the humans then build an underground haven; Amasia. In this newly built dystopian city, in pursuit of maintaining their existence, they run into an Artificial Intelligence named Magus. Not knowing how things will work between them, the story of how Humans and AI coincide and try to find their truths begin.”

As per Anime News Network, the sci-fi shooter game will be ready for release by 2023. For fans wondering what the game is like, it is set in a dystopian landscape from the future 2222.
What Is Synduality Game & Anime All About?
In the game, the player gets to partner with an AI mech named Magus. The player character is ‘Drifter’. In order to win the game, the player needs to sell AO Crystals available in the outside world which retains pollution. The traveling vehicle known as Cradle Coffin can be used to get to the destination with options for customization as well.

The game is based on a premise where any advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. This makes everything prone to cause destruction on a massive scale. This is something fans expect the anime series to entail as well. As of now, the company hasn’t revealed a lot of details about the anime series. However, they did mention that additional details of the upcoming anime would be made public on September 18, 2022.

Can`t believe NBC would drop Days Of Our Lives after all these years. i guess you are for younger people now.Older people can`t afford to pay extra to watch Days.
