Joy-Anna Forsyth braves a solo trip with both kids
On Instagram over the weekend, Joy-Anna documented her trip from Arkansas to Tennessee. She and her two kids, Gideon, 4, and Evelyn, 2, took a little weekend trip to visit their friends, Evan Stewart and Carlin Bates.
From what they shared on social media, it looks like Gideon and Evelyn loved getting to hang out with Layla and Zade. And of course, best friends Carlin and Joy-Anna enjoyed their time together. Joy-Anna documented many of their fun moments along the way and even posted a toddler traveling hack.
Joy-Anna’s husband, Austin, stayed home, while she flew solo with their two children. It’s possible he had to work, or maybe he had another reason to hang back in Arkansas. Though Joy-Anna, Gideon, and Evelyn, enjoyed their trip, they were eager to get back home to Austin.
As Joy-Anna Forsyth and her kids arrived home, she documented a beautiful reunion moment between her kids and their dad.

On her Instagram Stories, Joy-Anna Forsyth shared the moment when Austin pulled in to pick them up from the airport. Gideon is standing on the sidewalk, watching the cars drive by. His little sister, Evelyn, is standing by his side.
Finally, Austin pulls up in the van. The kiddos have huge smiles on their faces when they notice their dad is there. Joy-Anna writes, “Their sweet faces when they see Austin!” She also reports to fans that they “made it home.”

It looks like Gideon and Evelyn are very happy to be back home with their dad. They seemed to have a blast in Tennessee with Carlin, Evan, Layla, and Zade. But Joy-Anna’s family probably enjoyed catching up and spending some time together once again on Sunday evening when they got home.
