Former Counting On star and Duggar daughter Joy-Anna Forsyth is sharing a brilliant toddler travel hack with fans. This weekend, Joy-Anna took her kids, Gideon, 4, and Evelyn, 2, on a trip from Arkansas to Tennessee. They visited her best friend, Carlin Bates, and her family. Below, you can see a photo of Joy-Anna with her kids at the airport.

As you can see, Joy-Anna didn’t bring her husband, Austin, along. But she managed to make it through the airport and on the plane with her two young kids all on her own.

In an Instagram post, Joy-Anna Forsyth wrote, “First time flying by myself with both kids and they aced it!💯 They both sat quiet, watched movies and we only had 4 potty runs!😅 I am loving this stage and their ages!💝”

Traveling with kids isn’t always easy, but it looks like Joy-Anna found a way to make it work.

On her Instagram Stories on Sunday, as she made her way back to Arkansas, Joy-Anna Forsyth shared one of her secrets with fans. She wrote, “My fav airplane traveling hack with kids… Use a Ziplock bag, fold it into the tray table to hold an iPad or phone!” 

Then, she added, “It keeps the kids arms from getting tired of holding it and fighting over who gets to hold the iPad!” 

You can see the setup below. It looks like the iPad is hanging right at the kids’ eye levels so they can watch a show without any issues. In the second snap, Gideon and Evelyn are sitting side by side with their eyes on the iPad.

It looks like Joy-Anna Forsyth’s solo trip with her kids was a success. And she even walked away with some tricks and tips to make flying with children a piece of cake. She seems to be very proud of how her kiddos did on the plane.
