‘GMA’ Fans Want George Stephanopoulos Back

GMA fans are wondering where George Stephanopoulos is hiding lately. Most of them have been missing him amid his absence. The co-anchor took to Instagram to break his silence after he disappeared from the morning show. His wife Ali Wentworth posted on his behalf on her respective Instagram account.

They wish that Ali would take Kelly Ripa’s spot, especially amid the rumors that she’s expected to leave the talk show. George Stephanopoulos pops up amid his absence

Amid his absence from GMA, George Stephanopoulos made an appearance on Ali’s Instagram account. She posted a photo of the two together in Greece. Ali wore a cobalt blue peasant maxi dress. She wrapped her hands around the newscaster, who had a big smile on his face.

George Stephanopoulos wrapped one arm around his wife as they both smiled at the camera. He wore a baby blue short-sleeved shirt with khaki pants. George took off his eyeglasses, which he held in his hand. He’s been missing from his co-hosting duties on GMA this past week and fans wanted to know why.

Now, they finally got their answer. George Stephanopoulos has kept quiet on Instagram since his absence. Ali eased fans’ minds when she shared this beautiful photo of the two together. She captioned the post: “Greece with my Greek.”

Michael Strahan has been away from the morning show for the past few months while he films his game show The $100,000 Pyramid.

Sam Champion has been away as well

Sam is on a break to celebrate his 61st birthday with his husband Rubem Robierb. The two have been sharing photos from their beach-filled vacation. This is the time of the year when most of the co-anchors take a break from the show to enjoy the rest of the summer before the Fall 2022 season. Since these shows film nearly every day of the year, the hosts have to take their breaks whenever they can.
