Ryan Seacrest answered burning wedding questions. During a recent broadcast of Live With Kelly and Ryan, he admitted he doesn’t want to walk down the aisle. He’s enjoying his relationship with influencer Aubrey Paige.

Ryan can see himself becoming a bachelor for as long as he wants. He shared his thoughts on getting married. The conversation took place during the August 10 episode of the morning talk show.

His guest co-host Lisa Rinna mentioned Delilah Belle Hamline’s love life. The model has been dating someone for about a month. He admitted that his mother shares his thoughts on his love life if a relationship is serious.

Ryan Seacrest shares his thoughts on marriage

Ryan Seacrest revealed on Live With Kelly and Ryan never got married. The American Idol host doesn’t feel the need to get married anytime soon. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star told him it’s time.

“Not on August 10,” Ryan Seacrest joked. “I don’t feel like it’s time today.”

Lisa admitted that she didn’t want to “pressure” him. She wanted to know why he was so hesitant about the idea. Ryan added, “How is that not pressure? This is what pressure looks like… Oh, Lisa. I need my therapist to call in now.”

The television personality said he doesn’t feel the rush to walk down the aisle. He admitted that he’s just “happy in the present moment.” Ryan doesn’t want to consider the idea of marriage unless he’s serious about it. Lisa didn’t let him off the hook easily though. She then asked him if he would want to become a father one day.

“I think having kids at the right time would be great,” Ryan Seacrest admitted. “I have a fantastic family, a very small family.”

He’s been dating the 24-year-old for the past year. The two made their red carpet debut at New York’s Tribeca Festival premiere of Jennifer Lopez’s documentary Halftime which is on Netflix.

American Idol host considered marriage before

Ryan Seacrest also revealed in the show that his parents have been married for 52 years. He joked that “there’s a high bar” and “that’s in my head,” which is why he’s waiting to get married when he’s older. The 47-year-old doesn’t want to end up in a faltered marriage. Back in 2017, Ryan shared on Live! that he loved the idea of marriage, but he wants to be in one that lasts.

“The truth is I have this thing that I don’t want to screw up, and a lot of times they get screwed up,” Ryan Seacrest told Kelly Ripa. “And so, I figured the longer I wait, the older I’ll be, the closer to death I am so I can get it in and not screw it up.”
