Jill Dillard Makes Rare Appearance At Duggar Family Gathering
Jill Dillard recently appeared at a Duggar family event for the first time in a long time. Fans have noticed there’s some distance between Jill and the rest of the family. But it looks like they were on good terms at a recent gathering.

It’s unclear where exactly Jill stands with her parents and siblings. In the past, she’s opened up and said that she set boundaries with her parents. These days, she isn’t pictured with them very often. So, fans assume that there’s some kind of rift between them.
Despite the rumored drama between Jill Dillard and the rest of the Duggar family, she made a special appearance in honor of someone very special.

On Saturday, Duggar family members and friends shared photos from Abbie Duggar’s baby shower. Abbie is currently expecting her second baby with her husband, John-David Duggar. Their exact due date is not public, but they said he will arrive in “late summer.” They already have one daughter, Grace, who’s two years old.
Esther Keyes Bates (Bringing Up Bates) shared a couple of photos, giving fans a peek at who was at the shower. Joy-Anna, Lauren, Kendra, Jana, and Katey were all there.
On her Instagram Stories, Jill Dillard shared a photo from the occasion, too.
Below, you can see the photo Jill posted from Abbie’s shower. In the snap, the sisters-in-law are posing side by side. Abbie is wearing a blue dress with heels, while Jill chose a more casual look with a tee-shirt, skirt, and sandals. The ladies are all smiles for the photo.
In the caption of her post, Jill congratulated Abbie and wrote, “Loved getting to celebrate baby today!”
Recently, Jill Dillard also had a baby shower. Her sister Jessa Seewald claims that she was there but that many other family members had plans, including weddings and trips out of town. Even though some of Jill’s sisters and sisters-in-law couldn’t make it to her shower, she managed to go to Abbie’s.
