When Is ‘My One-Hit Kill Sister’ Coming To Crunchyroll?
Written by Konoe, My One-Hit Kill Sister is a Japanese novel series that was serialized online on December 28, 2019, by Shōsetsuka ni Narō. However, there has been no anime adaptation of the novel until now.
Crunchyroll Announces My One-Hit kill Sister Anime Adaptation
Back in March, Crunchyroll announced that the novel series, Isekai One Tum Kill Nee-san, would be adapted into an anime. During the Crunchyroll industry panel at Crunchyroll Expo 2022, the streaming service announced that it was officially coming to the streaming platform.

However, no official airdate has been revealed as of now. As per Crunchyroll, the locations to get access to the anime adaptation on the streaming platform include:
- Central America
- Europe
- South America
- North America
- Oceania
- Africa
- The Middle East
- India
- CIS
Currently, a print version of this novel isn’t published yet. Fortunately, the manga adaptation has been serialized online since March 6, 2020, via Shogakukan’s Sunday Webry website with artwork by Kenji Taguchi.

Apart from this, it is also serialized by the seinen manga magazine named Monthly Sunday Gene-X. The series is compiled in seven volumes.
What Is My One-Hit Kill Sister About?
Firstly, Sunday Web Every describes the manga’s plot as:
“Asahi Ikusaba, a high school student who wandered into another world, is trying to enjoy his new world with his knowledge of games and various isekai trivia. However, his abilities are too meager, and he is struggling. He has no special overpowered ability, but what appeared in front of him one day was his sister, Mayo Ikusaba. Mayo had obtained the strongest cheat ability in the other world and is also a super-adorable person. Armed with the blessings of his overprotective older sister Asayo continues his life in another world….”
