‘Little People Big World’ Matt Roloff Shares Tragic Loss
The Little People, Big World family has suffered a tragic loss as Matt Roloff breaks his Instagram silence with news of the death. The TLC star penned a very somber post as he notes it has been a very difficult week for his family. Matt Roloff explained that his siblings, his children, and their children have lost someone very special. Who passed away in the Roloff family?

According to Matt Roloff’s somber Instagram post, there has been a death in the LPBW family. Matt’s post came equipped with a snapshot of his father nothing that Ronald “Papa” James Roloff had passed away.
Matt penned in his very sad update about the tragic death in his family: “A Sad week for the Roloff Family.. my dad… affectionately known as ‘papa’ to his 10 grandchildren and his 10 great grandkids peacefully went home to be with his Lord and Savior yesterday evening.”
Ron was an amazing Husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and inspiration to many. He literally loved people and anyone who ever came in contact with him knows that!”
Matt Roloff shared that his father spent 63 years with the love of his life “Huny” who he met in grade school.
The TLC star penned as he concluded his beautiful tribute to his father, “What a man and a life well lived! thanks to all the grandchildren that were able to race to his bedside and hold his hands with mom and I in his final moments here on earth!! love love to all!”

According to Matt Roloff’s beautiful post, his father was surrounded by loved ones holding his hands during his last hours. Matt thanked his father’s grandchildren that were able to drop everything and rush to his side during this tragic time.
LPBW fans flooded into the comments of Matt’s post to say their condolences to the family. As fans of the TLC family know, this is the first time Matt Roloff has posted since the Season Finale of LPBW aired.
“My heart aches for you and your family Matt! So enjoyed Papa on the show. Thankful he’s resting in the arms of Jesus! No more tears, no more pain! Praise God! Prayers of comfort.” One fan penned.
