Kourtney Kardashian Issues Warning, Calls Out ‘Creepy’ Imposter
The Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian and ex-Scott Disick have always been wary of their children’s exposure to social media. While social media can work wonders for some, it can be just as detrimental when not used in the right way. This is why the former couple ensures that their kids stay away from such platforms, at least until they are old enough.

“To any and all ‘news’ outlets who use that false account as a source, you know better. Stop using it for the benefit of your slow ‘news’ day, please, and thank you. And to the person relentlessly pretending to be Mason, ultra ultra ultra creepy!!!!!” continued the reality star.

Fake Mason Disick Account Claims Kylie Is Getting Married
On July 21, a social media account, ICYMI, claimed it belonged to the 12-year-old Mason. The account shared a series of posts on Instagram alleging that Kylie Jenner was ready to tie the knot.
One of these posts even suggested that she might have attended a bridal party referring to a night out with sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian.
Kourtney Kardashian Dubs Social Media A ‘Slippery Slope’
Back in 2020, Mason Disick did have an Instagram account. However, the duration of it was short-lived. The Kardashians star talked about it on Instagram Live, stating, “He started an Instagram yesterday and didn’t ask us,”
“I did delete it because Scott and I just felt like….He’s 10!” she continued.

As per the Poosh founder, social media can be a slippery slope, especially for younger users.
“I think on Instagram, the thing that really worries me with kids is just comments. People can be so mean. It’s really easy to get consumed with it. I just feel it’s not the time,” she concluded.
However, as brilliant as today’s generation is when it comes to tech, Mason found a loophole to get back on social media at the time by initiating a TikTok Q&A session. A fan inquired about his original TikTok account, to which he explained that it was deleted by his parents as he was too young.
