General Hospital and WCTH star Jack Wagner has broken his silence following the tragic loss of his son, Harrison. As TvShowsAce reported back on June 7th, tragedy struck when Jack and Kristina Wagner’s 27-year-old son was discovered dead in a parking lot. A quick scroll through Jack Wagner’s Instagram profile reveals he unplugged from social media following the unexpected passing of his son. So, GH and WCTH fans were pleasantly surprised when he broke his silence after going two months without posting.

One hour ago, General Hospital star Jack Wagner took to his Instagram profile with a surprising update. The update came with a video of himself in an airport. He panned over to the flight details before panning back over to his face. He proceeded to nod his head and raise his eyebrows for the camera. After a few seconds passed, he flashed a bright smile for the camera. GH fans were relieved to see him looking well a little over a month after the passing of his son. His update also included a caption with some surprising news.

He penned as he thanked fans for their love and support: “Thank you all so much for the love & support you’ve sent me, it’s helped me more than you’ll ever know.”
Turns out, he was on his way to join the cast for the filming of When Calls The Heart Season 10. Unsurprisingly, his followers flooded into the comments as they rejoiced with this exciting update.
Many fans kept it simple praising him for his strength and wishing him safe travels.

According to ET Online, it was approximately a week after news of his death broke that Jack and Kristina Wagner released their son’s cause of death. Sadly, their son Harrison lost his battle with his drug addiction. Their official statement read:
We are heartbroken that he ultimately lost his battle with addiction and we hope that Harrison’s memory will live on through this scholarship and will help other young men get help for their addiction that would not otherwise be able to afford it.”
