LPBW fans think there is a distinct possibility Matt Roloff and his son Zach could be lying to everyone. Turns out, the feud unfolding on this season of Little People, Big World could be one massive sham. Is the entire thing fake and staged drama for views? Why do some fans think this is a possibility? Keep reading for the shocking details.

LPBW: Could Matt and Zach Roloff be lying to everyone?

Two years ago, Jacob Roloff called out the TLC series for what it really was: lies and fake drama. He insisted it felt like watching his family play alternative versions of themselves on television. Jacob Roloff also admitted that the show was based “loosely” on what was going on with his family.

He explained: “For the sake of ‘the episode’ and ratings I’ve seen a lot of STORYLINES drawn up (loosely) about our lives, and when I was standing here, behind the scenes and watching it from an outside perspective I just couldn’t stop laughing…Laughing at how hard the producers have to try to get us to follow the talking points, and at how ridiculous the talking points are.”

Now, Amy Roloff did not support what her son Jacob had to say. She argued that there wasn’t one drop of the show that wasn’t completely real. Her ex-husband, however, doubled down on what his son Jacob had to say. In fact, he admitted both himself and Amy were not opposed to stirring a non-existent pot of drama.

Matt insisted at the time: “When Amy and I argued about whether it’s a neck or a flag lot, we were just trying to make television. We know that those are the kinds of arguments back-and-forth that create interest and people like to hear.”

Matt went on to add that both he and Amy create drama for the purpose of television.

Has this entire season been a lie?

Last season, Zach Roloff mentioned possibly buying his mother’s portion of the property. Tori Roloff, however, was hesitant. She wasn’t sure it was what was best for her family. Ultimately deciding they didn’t want it, Amy Roloff ended up selling it to her ex-husband instead. This season, however, Tori and Zach suddenly decide they wanted the property. Matt and Zach have been super sketchy on the reason why. But, the deal fell apart and now Matt is selling it on the open market. Some LPBW fans suspect Zach and Tori never really wanted the property to begin with. This drama, however, was created for the purpose of giving the story somewhere to go.

As TvShowsAce has previously reported, Matt Roloff has openly admitted that both himself and his ex-wife Amy were never opposed to stirring the pot to make the storyline more interesting. With three children and presumably no job in sight, Tori and Zach Roloff NEED their TLC paychecks to support their three children. So, it isn’t too much of a stretch to think they may have been willing to fake a feud with Matt Roloff to stir fans into a frenzy with a more interesting storyline.
