‘MBFFL’ Whitney Way Thore’s Mom Rushed To Hospital?

My Big Fat Fabulous Life is set to return next month and Whitney Way Thore is bringing the excitement. Season 10 is jam-packed with so many highs and lows. One of the biggest lows will be watching Whitney’s beloved mother, Babs, and her health scare. Is she okay and how will the family cope during this time of uncertainty?

Whitney Way Thore Charms Her Way For 10 Seasons

It is hard to believe that MBFFL has been on the air for seven years. When Whitney first came onto the scene, she was all about body positivity no matter what she was going through. She showcased this through YouTube and then the series. It was all about living her best life, regardless of her size. Relationships with friends and lovers were the focus and, in the beginning, she was dating Lennie Alehat. That came to an end in Season 3. She was also quite open about her struggle with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) which could affect her having children. After this, she met Chase who was like a dream.

They ended up getting engaged but never actually made the move- literally, they never lived together. Then, she discovered that he had impregnated someone else. They could not recover from that betrayal so she had to take the time to heal. Whitney ended up moving on with a Frenchman. No one knew if he was real or just a fabulous fantasy. For Season 10, all will be revealed but it may be hindered by Whit’s mother’s frightening health scare. What happens? It’s beyond frightening.

Babs, Are You Okay?

In a preview, released by TLC, Whitney Way Thore is seen walking when she gets a call from her family. They reveal that they are taking her mom, Babs, to the hospital as she has just had another stroke. Whitney rushes to her car so she can make it to the hospital. Apparently, she had been laying on the couch when Whitney’s brother, Hunter, came in. He actually thought that she was dead when he found her. They were trying to figure out the best course of action.

At one point, Whitney is seen in her car on the phone with her dad. It seems that Babs has taken a turn for the worst. For Whitney, she does not want her mom to suffer anymore. She gets out of her car and is hugging one of the producers. At the same time, she is seen in the confessional crying and saying that this is it. The future is truly unknown for her mother and it is devastating.
