Savannah Chrisley’s Ex Nic Kerdiles Shares Real Reason He Runs

Nic Kerdiles Shows Off His Chiseled Abs
After Savannah and Nic confirmed their split with a broken engagement in September 2020, the couple was on good terms. The duo met via Instagram in 2017, and it was going well. He then proposed to the reality star in 2019.

Although the couple did call off the engagement, they were still dating. Finally, Chrisley confirmed that the relationship was over two months later. Again in August 2021, Chrisley hinted that the couple was giving love another shot as she said, “Nic is still in my life. We’re still trying to figure things out.”

It looks like the former NHL player is doing better now! In his Instagram story, he pointed the camera towards him to shoot a boomerang video. He showed off his chiseled abs as the sun hit his skin at the right spots.
The Anaheim Ducks player wore black shorts with Apple AirPods in his ears. He captioned the post, “Who else runs for the tan?”
Seems like Nic has found a great way to naturally tan the body and stay fit at the same time.
Is Nic Still Struggling With Mental Health Issues?
He also shared another story of a video someone shared with him. Nic captioned the video, “I was just sent this from someone that I couldn’t see it being more fitting for, in this very moment. Right back at you.”

The video had a strong message for individuals suffering from mental health issues. It said, “I don’t think people realize how much strength it takes to pull your own self out of a dark place mentally. If you did that today, or any other day, I’m proud of you,” the video concluded.
Nic Kerdiles Attempts Suicide While Intoxicated
For the unversed, in February 2022, Kerdiles did an Instagram Live with Savannah and her father, Todd, discussing his near-death experience. The former NHL player explained that he mixed alcohol with his COVID medications from when he was diagnosed. After consuming them together, the professional American ice hockey player blacked out.

When he woke up, he had a gun by his side, suggesting that he had tried to commit suicide in an intoxicated state.
He explained, “I don’t know where I was at in my mental state, but between the depression, anxiety, the COVID effects, the medication, and the alcohol, I did something that I never thought I would ever do.”
Kerdiles also expressed his gratitude towards his ex and her father for helping him through his difficult times. It is great to see him back up and out there, finding ways to live his best life.
What do you think about Nic’s unique tanning technique, which is also great for mental health? Do you run and if so, what for? Let us know in the comments.

Nic, pray you are doing well! You are amazing & we all are praying you stay healthy, safe and Covid free. I know from experience with Covid 3x it can do a number on ones, body, mind, soul & memory. Not to mention, losing hair after Covid. Savannah is a great person I hope one day you both find the right time to be together. It’s hard in life to find the right person. I hope to see you speaking out on mental health. It’s nothing to feel ashamed of bc today, more than ever we need good role models to talk about mental health. BTW, I think the Chrisley family bc celebrities don’t always get a fair trial. Happened to Teresa of New Jersey Housewives. Life is truly cruel at times & the system not always fair. Sometimes, innocent people go to prison. So stand by Savannah she needs you now. 💕🙏❤️😇 Be her Angel!
