WWE NXT Great American Bash: 3 Must-See Moments, Full Results
The first big show to kick off the summer for NXT 2.0 was the Great American Bash. With its historic history, the Bash proved to be another highlight event. Bron Breakker defends his NXT Title against Cameron Grimes. The men’s and women’s tag titles will be on the line. Here are 3 must-see moments from WWE NXT 2.0, plus full results from the show.

New Women’s Tag Champs
Mandy Rose and Toxic Attraction have been the queens of the women’s division in WWE NXT 2.0 during 2022. Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne held down the tag team side of the women’s action and that was on display. At NXT Great American Bash, Dolin and Jayne ran into their toughest challenge and it finally hit a wall. Cora Jade and Roxanne Perez stepped up to the challenge and became the new Women’s Tag Team Titles.
Giovanni Vinci stepped to Apollo Crews
Apollo Crews made his return to NXT 2.0 earlier this year and immediately made an impact. Since then, Crews has taken notice of the current landscape and has made it clear that he wants in the title picture. Crews addressed the NXT Universe at the Great American Bash, however, he was quickly interrupted. Giovanni Vinci came out to call Crews out, claiming he should be in line for a championship. Crews called Vinci’s bluff to come to the ring, but the young superstar didn’t take the bait.
A memorable debut
JD McDonagh’s debut and attack
The main event of NXT 2.0 Great American Bash saw Bron Breakker defend his title against Cameron Grimes. After the hard-hitting content, Breakker held his championship high in victory. Within moments, the former Jordan Devlin made his debut on NXT from NXT UK. Now known as JD McDonagh, the new superstar attacked the NXT Champion. McDonagh pulled a sneak attack on Breakker and put him through a table to close the show. Breakker was victorious, however, he clearly has a new challenger staring at him.
