‘Welcome To Plathville’ Is Barry & Kim Plath’s Divorce Real Or Fake?
Welcome to Plathville fans have been trying to determine whether Kim and Barry Plath’s divorce is real or fake. Though the TLC show is a reality series, fans wonder if some things are exaggerated or staged to draw in more viewers. Now, more details about their relationship have surfaced. So, are their relationship struggles real or fake?

On Welcome to Plathville Season 4, fans have watched Kim and Barry’s relationship fall apart. As she’s been focused on finding herself, she’s realized that she may not want to be married to Barry after all.
Most recently, she has mentioned the word “divorce” and stopped sleeping at home with her husband. Fans have their doubts about this storyline, though. Some fans wonder if the couple might have exaggerated some minor marital issues for ratings or if any of this was scripted.
Welcome to Plathville: Is Kim & Barry’s divorce all an act?
There are conflicting details about what’s really going on between Kim and Barry. At the grand opening of Kim’s dance studio, only one of her children came to support her. Barry isn’t in the picture, either.
Also, in the photo shared online, it looks like she’s not wearing her wedding ring.
A couple of weeks ago, the Welcome to Plathville parents shared a statement with People Magazine and revealed that they were ending their marriage. The statement read:
“After considerable thought and discussion, we have decided to end our marriage. While this was not an easy decision, we know it’s the best choice for both of us. We have been through many highs and lows in our 24 years of marriage and as we navigate this new chapter in our lives, we will co-parent our amazing children.”
So, this would make it seem like they actually have split up.
Sources claim that they saw Barry and Kim at a restaurant recently and that they were acting happy and normal, though. So, this certainly complicates things.
Welcome to Plathville fans will have to wait and see how things unfold throughout the duration of this season. Maybe the truth will be revealed soon.

Well I would like to think they would not have put the kids through the drama if it were not real or for ratings but I guess time will tell for real
