On Instagram on Saturday, July 9, Jackson Bates revealed that he’s in a relationship! The 20-year-old shared a new photo with fans to break the news. In his caption, he simply added a winking face.
He posted a photo of himself embracing a woman. They’re standing out in the woods and are surrounded by trees. Neither of their faces is visible.
In the comments section of his post, Jackson is getting lots of love from his siblings and from Bringing Up Bates fans, too.
His sister, Katie Bates Clark wrote, “Cuteeee 😍”
Other fans are congratulating him and requesting more photos, too. It looks like everyone is very happy for him.
With this announcement, Jackson also changed his profile picture. You can check it out below. It looks like it’s a snap of Jackson and this mysterious woman holding hands.
Who might Jackson Bates be courting?
In his courtship announcement post, Jackson kept things pretty vague. You can’t see the woman’s face and he didn’t tag anyone in his Instagram post. So, it’s currently unknown who he’s dating.
However, on Reddit, Bringing Up Bates fans did some digging and think they may know who the girl is. One fan pointed out, “Based on who he follows on Instagram I’m guessing it’s the girl named Emerson Wells. It’s the only non relative he follows.”
Though her account is private, her profile picture is visible. It’s a rather small photo, but it looks like she has blonde hair. Several Bates family members also follow her.
Eventually, Jackson will introduce her to fans so they can see who she really is. In the meantime, fans will continue to speculate about who she might be.
