‘sMothered’ Season 4: Who’s Returning, The New Cast, Premiere Date
sMothered is back for another season of reality television chaos. According to Starcasm, there will be seven handfuls to contend with, four returning and three newbies. So, who will be making up the cast and when is it set to premiere? Read on for all of the exciting details.
Returning For Another Round Of Being sMothered
Just like I Love A Mama’s Boy, these mother/daughter pairs are just a tad too close for comfort. Returning for another season are Cher and her mother Dawn. If they weren’t mother and daughter, they could be twins. Sadly, they have been apart for six years. Cher’s husband was completing his residency in New York but that is over now. Therefore they are headed back to Florida but not where Dawn would like them to be. He has them closer to his family due to work and now Dawn has to find a way to rectify this mess. Kathy is excited to have her daughter Cristina one home closer to her. She is even more thrilled that Cristina’s husband’s business is doing really well. However, he is now thinking of expanding and this could keep Cristina very busy which does not sit well with her mother.
Last season, some shady business happened between Lauren and her mother Lisa. They worked together so that Lauren could secretly get pregnant without Lauren’s partner, Laura Leigh knowing. With a baby on the way, Laura Leigh wants to start implementing boundaries between Lauren and Lisa. Yet, this gets even harder once their baby arrives. Finally, Angelica and her mother Sunhe bathe and bank together which is offputting. It’s now a big mess with Angelica calling off her wedding, still living with her ex, trying to make it work, and having a newborn. Needless to say, there will be a lot of ultimatums and endless drama.
Like Mother, Like Daughter
There are three new mother/daughter duos. First off is Paula and her mom Francia. Paula has taken on the more matriarchal role and is caring for her mother. Yet, boundaries are not truly their thing as sleeping in the nude together is a regular occurrence. However, things get dicey when Paula discovers that her mother is going to be adopting her niece. Having had her mom all to herself all of her life, it is time for Paula to sabotage this plan. How far is she willing to go? Angie adores her daughter Shay but things have changed a bit since Shay came out as transgender. Shay is learning a lot about how to be a woman but Angie does not know boundaries at all. She finally crosses the line when she interferes with Shay’s weight loss journey.
Finally, Ashley and her mother Cathy love to indulge in tattoos, piercings, and plastic surgery together. They also like to do sexy photo shoots together and then post them on dating apps. Of course, there have been times when the same suitor has been interested in both of them. Their closeness reaches a new level when they start to live next door. From there, Ashley purposely decides to leave her sister out of all activities. Could this spite lead to an all-out war?
This cast is definitely eclectic and one not to be missed. So, when will the new season premiere? Catch Season 4 of sMothered airing August 8th on TLC.

In season 5 we see Jason relocate his balls and sunhee comes homes to find the locks are changed and her stuff is on the kerb.
That duo makes my skin crawl with how evil and manipulative they are.
And in season 5 we see Jason stab Sunhee 400 times in self defence. The Fans are celebrating this momumentous event for Jason. Well done mate. Sunhee is a C*nt
