Former Counting On stars Austin and Joy Forsyth have finally appeared in a rare photo with their kids. For a while now, the couple has been quiet on social media and hasn’t been sharing much about what’s going on in their lives. So far this year, Austin and Joy have been pretty quiet on social media. They have only shared a few photos here and there, as well as a couple of YouTube videos.
It’s unclear why exactly they aren’t posting right now. They haven’t shared an announcement about taking a break. But it’s obvious now that they have decided not to be on social media much at all. While fans miss them, they understand needing to step away from social media at times.
Joy Forsyth last posted on social media on May 26, 2022, for her wedding anniversary. Before that, she shared a few posts in February.
She did previously share that she would be taking a break to kick off 2022, but now, the year is well underway and fans haven’t seen much from her at all.
Now, the Duggar daughter has finally resurfaced in a photo with her husband, Austin, and their two young kids, Gideon and Evelyn.

On Sunday, July 3, Bringing Up Bates star Trace Bates shared a new photo taken at church. In the snap, he’s standing beside his fiance, Lydia Romeike.
Austin and Joy Forsyth are also in the snap with their kiddos, which you can see below. Austin is holding their daughter, Evelyn, 1 (2 in August), while Gideon, 4, stands in front of Joy.
Another friend of the Duggars and Bates, Gabrielle Patton, made it in the photo with her husband and kids. The photo was taken at Gospel Light Baptist Church. In the caption, Trace wrote, “Happy Sunday ⛪️🌤”
Fans are happy to see Joy Forsyth and her family again. Someone commented, “Love seeing these families together. We love the Bates and the duggars.”
