Anna’s life has changed drastically over the past decade. 14 years ago, Josh proposed to her when she was just 20 years old. Last month, she celebrated her 34th birthday. She now has seven kids, Mackynzie, Michael, Marcus, Meredith, Mason, Maryella, and Madyson. And Josh is now serving a 12-year prison sentence on child pornography charges.
A lot of things have happened for Anna since fans first met her over a decade ago. Of course, her appearance has changed along the way.

A few think they recall Anna having Invisalign (invisible teeth aligners) a few years ago. Others think she’s lost weight.
