Welcome to Plathville star Micah Plath has made it big. He’s officially had an opportunity to be in a name-brand commercial. The TLC star has been chasing after his dreams to become a model, and he’s definitely getting somewhere. Keep reading to get all of the details and check out the commercial, too.
If you’ve watched TLC’s Welcome to Plathville or if you follow Micah on social media, you probably know he’s a model. He often posts photos from his various shoots. It looks like he works with many different photographers. So, he always has pictures to show off to fans.

Welcome to Plathville: Micah Plath gets a name-brand commercial gig.
It turns out that Micah actually had a chance to work with a pretty big name brand last year. In March of 2021, Micah was featured in a video post on Joico’s Facebook page. If you didn’t know, Joico is a professional haircare company. They offer a variety of shampoos, conditioners, styling products, and more.
It looks like the Welcome to Plathville star had exactly what they were looking for. So, they used him as a model to show off how to achieve a “movie star haircut.”

He’s a good looking young man but his voice is too accented. He is probably still supposed to be working on that but he must not be because I haven’t seen any improvements. He could probably even get parts other than commercials if he’d buckle down and do the work. Like any actor using different voices is part of the job. Get to work Micah!! Maybe this is your start?
