Did Jeopardy! overthrow Family Feud in the ratings? Fans say it’s the most popular game show. The two classic game shows have been fighting for ratings lately. Family Feud isn’t dealing with a host shakeup like the quiz show. A series of celebrity guest hosts filled in for the late Alex Trebek for the past year. Now, it’s down to Ken Jennings and Mayim Bialik.

The new permanent host should be announced by the end of Season 38 in July 2022. Fans have been sharing their thoughts on Jennings and Bialik. Some support the show’s “true host” as they criticize Bialik’s every move. Those fans argue that she’s not the right fit for the show. She’s been slammed for her slow pace and constant blunders.

Fans are impatiently waiting to see who will become the new host of Jeopardy! There has been buzz that the position could go to Mayim Bialik. For instance, she’s been doing a lot of heavy promotion for the show. She’s doing most of the heavy-lifting while Ken Jennings is on an extended hiatus.

This caused her to apologize to Jeopardy! fans. There have also been whispers that Bialik could become the new host of Celebrity Jeopardy!, which will air this summer. Both Bialik and Jennings will be taking over ABC’s “Summer Fun & Games” with their appearances. Yet, it’s hard to tell who will end up with the coveted position.

Jeopardy! beating out Family Feud in ratings?

Jeopardy! has once regained a lead over Family Feud. One fan noticed on Reddit that had an uptick in ratings on Ryan Long’s final game and during the next five games with former champ Eric Ahasic. It’ll be interesting to see if those fans will stick around for Megan Wachspress, who has created controversy with her lucky streak.
