Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz listed their home for $2.7 million. They took another step after announcing their divorce in March 2022. The former couple is putting their home on the market. Katie and Schwartz confirmed the news of their split on their respective Instagram accounts.

The news came as a shock to most fans, who assumed they would be together forever. Though Schwartz and Katie fought a lot on Vanderpump Rules, they seemed like the type of couple to stick it out. The two have been making moves in their individual lives. Katie even started dating, as Schwartz prefers to have dinner with his friends.

Per TMZ, Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz list their home for sale. They are planning to move out of their former marital home. The former couple still lived together after they split. Despite the rumors, Katie didn’t kick Schwartz out of the house.

She admitted on her podcast that they became even better friends. They listed their home for $2.7 million. They purchased the home in 2019 for just $2 million. The former pair are hoping to walk away with a substantial amount of money, as they won’t lower the offer.

The Valley Village home provides plenty of space inside and out. It features a backyard spa, a backyard swimming pool, and an open concept. It has everything that a married couple who loves to entertain is looking for. Katie and Schwartz can officially move on from this moment in their lives.

This is sad considering they were together for 12 years. The couple married in 2016 and again in 2019 since they were not legally married. So, they got hitched in a Las Vegas wedding that required their Pump Rules co-stars to show up in crazy costumes. In Season 9 of the Bravo series, they were exploring the idea of starting a family together.

Katie Maloney already showed off her new home

As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Katie Maloney has already given her fans a glimpse at her new home. She shared the spot where she will snap many of her #OOTD photos. Katie admitted that she hates goodbyes. It was hard for her to leave the home where they started their lives together.

“I hate goodbyes,” Katie Maloney wrote in her emotional Instagram post. “And this hurts a lot. The emotions and words are hard to pin down. Closing this chapter on my life feels like attending my own funeral. But I’m very much alive.”

Katie thanked her home for the memories made there. Even though divorce is hard, the former couple has a lot to be grateful for.
