Tom Schwartz is only dipping a toe into the dating pool. Katie Maloney was the first one to go on her first date. During her appearance on The Bachelor Happy Hour podcast, she confirmed that she has “been on a date” since their split. Katie has been enjoying her newfound freedom.

However, that doesn’t mean she’ll end up on Tinder. Katie said she doesn’t like the idea of swiping right on people. She would rather meet someone the old-fashioned way. It’s the way that she’s met most of her dates.

“I like going out, flirting… I’ve been on a date,” Katie Maloney teased with a smile on her face.

But, she admitted that she’s not “trying to get a boyfriend.” Right now, she’s focused on her happiness. Katie wants to do what feels right to her. When she was married to Tom Schwartz, she was focused more on him and less on herself.

The Bravo star didn’t reveal who she went on a date with. Tom Schwartz is giving the dating life a try now that his former wife is moving on. He didn’t even like saying the other d-word: divorce. But, he’s open to the idea of going on a date with someone.

Per Heavy.com, Tom Schwartz took to his Instagram Stories to share that he had a “date night.” But, it’s not what you think. He joined former Pump Rules co-star Max Boyens for dinner. He shared a photo of himself toasting his friend at a restaurant table.

In June 2020, Bravo fired Max Boyens, Brett Caprioni, Stassi Schroeder, and Kristen Doute for their past racially insensitive comments and social media posts. At the time, Max worked as a general manager for Tom Tom. Per Us Weekly, he left the establishment in May 2021 and is now the general manager of Avo Ristorante.

Max is still close to most of his former co-stars. This sighting comes after Tom Schwartz said he won’t date for a long time. In an interview with Page Six, he joked that he will become a “hermit” since he’s “terrified” of the dating world.
