‘Vanderpump Rules’ What Does Katie Maloney’s New Bedroom Look Like?

Katie Maloney officially moved out of the house she once shared with her estranged husband Tom Schwartz. The Vanderpump Rules star recently gave fans a glimpse into her new bedroom. She finally settled into her new place. Three months ago, Katie and Schwartz announced their split to their Instagram fans and followers.

The couple who lovingly called each other “Bubba” is no longer together. She then moved out of their Valley Village, California home they owned together. Katie moved into an apartment. During the May 25 episode of The Bachelor Hour podcast, she shared that they moved out and that she’s already started dating.

The Bravo star is officially moving on. Katie Maloney has been making moves since announcing the end of their marriage. The couple married in California in 2016 and had a second wedding ceremony in Las Vegas in 2019. Schwartz and Katie revealed on the show that they lost the paperwork and therefore their union wasn’t legal.

During the episode of the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast, Katie admitted that they both moved out of their marital home. She also confirmed that she was dating for the first time in over a decade. Katie and Schwartz met through friends. Since Katie isn’t used to dating apps, she would rather meet someone the old-fashioned way.

“We’re selling our house and then I’m going to move into an apartment. Downsizing, which is great because I don’t want to have to make any like big commitments, like buy a new house,” Katie Maloney confirmed. “I just want to have like a little space that’s mine and then take some time to figure out where I want to be long term. Do I want to go to the beach, do I want to go to the east side?”

From there, she made her moves. Katie moved out of their mansion into a humble apartment. She followed Lala Kent, who also moved into an apartment shortly after she split from her ex-fiance, Randall Emmett. Most of the VPR cast members owned houses in Valley Village, except for Lala and Randall who owned a Bel-Air home.

Katie Maloney documented her moveout day on social media. She shared clips and photos of herself packing boxes and a moving truck pulling up in front of her home. Katie made good use of her content on her Instagram Stories. However, she didn’t reveal where she moved to.

On Sunday, June 12, Katie Maloney took to her Instagram Story to share a selfie of herself in front of her full-length mirror. “Same mirror new location,” she captioned the photo. She will be sharing a lot of her #OOTD moments from that same mirror, which she used in her former home. Her new bedroom features tan walls, a printed rug, and a platform bed, which also had pink throw pillows.

Katie Maloney raved about her new home on the June 10, 2022 episode of You’re Gonna Love Me. The reality star was more “excited” to turn her place into her “own little space” and “own little sanctuary.” This has allowed her to tap into her creativity and work on “DIY projects.” Katie wants an art deco theme with lots of plants.
