When Will ‘Jurassic World: Dominion’ Hit Netflix?
Jurassic World: Dominion is now in theaters for fans to see. However, not everyone wants to head to the local theater to see the new film. In time, the movie will stream online. But when exactly will it drop on Netflix for everyone else to see?

Don’t expect Jurassic World: Dominion to come to Netflix soon
Jurassic World: Dominion is still in theaters at the moment. Some films head to streaming platforms as soon as they leave theaters, but that won’t be the case here. In fact, fans of the film franchise are going to have to wait quite a long time before the movie will be on Netflix.
So how long will fans have to wait around?
According to What’s On Netflix, it will be at least the summer of 2026 before the film is available on Netflix. There is a deal between the streaming platform and Universal Studios that states:
“Netflix will also license rights to the full Animated and Live Action slate from UFEG about four years after release as well as rights to select titles from Universal’s vast movie library.”
In other words, Netflix legally can’t put out Jurassic World: Dominion until four years after the premiere. So 2026 is the earliest it could come to Netflix, but it could potentially be even longer.
It might be a while before Netflix gets access to the movie, but Peacock will get it much faster. What’s On Netflix reports that Peacock will stream the film as soon as July 25, 2022.
But fans that want to see the movie as soon as possible should head to the theaters.
The franchise is on its last legs
There will always be a massive fan base for the Jurassic Park films. However, love for the Jurassic World sequel series is dying out. Jurassic World: Dominion is the lowest-rated film in the series to date. Rotten Tomatoes only gave the film a 30% on the Tomatometer. Fans will definitely watch the film to see how the series wraps up, but it’s not performing as well as its predecessors.
