Many 1000-Lb. Sisters fans are waiting patiently for news of Amy Halterman’s new baby. The TLC personality happily keeps everyone informed on her pregnancy’s progress.
In the comments, fans always point out that they feel like Amy has been pregnant for so long. So is she getting any closer to her due date? Keep reading to learn more.
Amy Halterman answers burning fans’ questions about her pregnancy
1000-Lb. Sisters fans were so excited for Amy Halterman when she revealed her first pregnancy. Since the show’s first season, Amy has always adamantly claimed she wanted to be a mother. They were even more excited when she revealed her second pregnancy.
But just how much longer does she have left? According to the TLC star, she’s in the final stretch.
“34 weeks!! 4 more week and my son will be here. Excited and ready!!” Amy posted in her most recent pregnancy update. In the past, Amy revealed that her due date is actually in mid-July. But she scheduled a C-section so she plans to actually give birth on July 5. So that means there’s a little less than a month to go.
As always, Amy was happy to answer fans’ questions in the comments. One fan asked about her birth plan. Amy replied that she was indeed having another C-section and would get her tubes tied at the same time. She just isn’t interested in having a third child.
Of course, many more fans wanted to know what name Amy and her husband Michael picked out. Once again, Amy did confirm that she and Michael did decide on a name, but they wouldn’t go public with it until the baby is born.
Another fan asked how her pregnancies differed. And Amy revealed that she was much heavier when she was pregnant with Gage than with the new baby.
“I was fatter with gage so I couldn’t physically see him kicking. But this baby kick you can,” she replied.
1000-Lb. Sisters cast members have a lot going on this summer
Fans are still waiting for TLC to make an official announcement about the future of 1000-Lb. Sisters. There’s just a lot happening with the family this summer and fans want to see it play out on the screen.
Amy will give birth to her second son on July 5 and her older sister Tammy has some news as well. Rumor has it that Tammy made remarkable progress in rehab and actually qualified for bariatric surgery. If everything goes according to plan, she’s supposed to have it this month.
If there is a fourth season of 1000-Lb. Sisters, it will probably premiere in later 2022 or even early 2023. There’s just so much to film and the production crew needs time to edit.
For now, stay tuned. TV Shows Ace will be here with the latest on Tammy, Amy, and the rest of the family.
