Anna Duggar Caught Wearing Pants For First Time Ever In Public
It looks like former TLC’s 19 Kids & Counting star Anna Duggar has traded in her long skirts and dresses! The mother to seven was spotted wearing pants for the first time ever in public. Keep reading for all of the details.
If you’re a Duggar fan or critic, you probably know all about their strict modesty rules. The girls and women are expected to wear long skirts and dresses. They can’t show much skin or wear form-fitting clothing.
As the Duggar girls have gotten married, some of them have started wearing pants. It’s believed that it’s up to their husbands to decide whether they should wear pants or not. Since Josh and Anna Duggar got married 13 years ago, she has always worn skirts.
Anna’s daughters have also worn dresses and skirts. Their family seemed to be adhering to many of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s rules, even after Josh moved out.
Now, something has changed and she seems to have ditched the modesty rule.
Anna Duggar is spotted wearing pants out in public.
This weekend, Katie Joy of Without a Crystal Ball posted photos of Anna Duggar wearing pants. She said that a follower in Missouri had sent in these photos.
Katie reported, “According to the follower, Anna and her daughters were all wearing pants.”
Then, the YouTuber added, “This is the first time we know of that Anna has been publicly seen in pants. Friends that know Anna never saw Anna wear pants. She allowed her daughters to wear pants. However, Josh never allowed her to wear pants, ever.”
Without a Crystal Ball’s photos of Anna Duggar in pants are below. The mother of seven is wearing a pink top with light-wash jeans and sandals. She has a smart watch on one wrist while her hair is pulled up in a ponytail. One of her sons can be seen standing beside her in an Under Armor shirt.

It’s unclear what prompted this change. Interestingly, it happened days after Josh Duggar was sentenced to 151 months (more than 12 years) behind bars. In December, he was found guilty of child pornography charges.
