Kim Kardashian Continues To Flaunt $150M Private Jet Amid Backlash
Kim Kardashian is getting hate but she simply doesn’t seem to care. Fans are less than impressed by her private jet that she showed off on The Kardashians. More than that, they aren’t happy with how her travel is affecting the environment.

On a new episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian shared one of her prized possessions – her very own private jet called “Air Kim” The Sun reports.
During the show, she takes this plane to a photoshoot for its first trip. She tells the camera that she never dreamed she would own a plane. “My plane… oh my god. I never dreamed I would own a plane. I wanted it to feel like an extension of me and an extension of my home.”
Of course, it wouldn’t be Kim’s plane if she wasn’t totally over-the-top with the fancy interior. She explains all the decisions she made when it comes to the decor.
“Welcome to Air Kim! Usually planes are dark with lighter leather. Mine I had custom with all light wood. I had a bathroom put into the front and a bathroom in the back.”
Kim wouldn’t leave her guests without all the amenities they need. She says that every seat has its own phone charger and the entire plane is cashmere. This includes the ‘ceiling, windows, headrests.’
No one seems happy for her
Kim Kardashian’s private plane talk has some fans scratching their heads for a few different reasons. First, they just seem to be put off by the fact that she can even own such a nice plane. Then, of course, there is the issue of how much damage the plane does to the environment.

Kim isn’t the only sister to have her own plane. Kylie Jenner also sports her pink-trimmed plane, Kylie Air. Fans are starting to notice just how many CO2 emissions this is causing, and they are calling the sisters out for it. In fact, Kim just took a short 35-mile flight that produced 2 tons of emissions The Sun reports.
This flight just went between two cities that were close together which costs 145 gallons of fuel at $914.
- “Camarillo to Van Nuys is a 40-60 min. drive. If she really needed to save that time then a helicopter would have more than sufficed.”
- “Environmental destruction > 40-minute drive I guess?”
- “The environmental destruction of the Kardashian family is unfathomable.
- “Flying is one of the absolute worst things you can do to the planet.”
- “Why do people not call them out for the impact they’re having on the climate crisis?”
- “I never want to see Kim post anything EVER about our climate. What a disgusting display.”
So, while Kim is likely over the moon about her new plane, it seems she might want to be careful with just how much she is flaunting it. Her followers seem less than enthused.
