If you missed the news, Trace was courting Lydia and finally popped the question a couple of months ago. The couple seems very happy together and will be getting married later this year.
Because Lydia Romeike is Trace Bates’ fiance, he posts lots of photos of her on his Instagram page. She’s been pictured with other members of the Bates family as well. So, fans have seen many pictures of Lydia and have gotten a peek into her fashion choices.

In a new post on the Duggar Bates Confessions page, a fan mentioned how much they love how Lydia Romeike dresses. They point out that she dresses “modestly” without wearing outdated clothing. In the Bates family, modesty is important, and some members of the family wear long skirts and dresses with conservative tops.
Lydia is religious and may believe some of the same things that Trace Bates and his family do. But she doesn’t dress the same way.
In response, one fan says, “I like the way she dresses, but it’s not modest.” Another says, “She looks amazing! 👏”
Someone else adds, “I personally think it’s cute, but I’m not fundie.”
Others point out that the way Lydia dresses might be shocking to those in her circle, especially the Bates family. One says, “So fun fact I grew up in a world similar to the duggars. Ppl would flip there shit if a women in that group wore something like that.”

I think what she is wearing is fine ,I have seen picture of some of the Bates girls wearing clothes that fits like this ,and it was okay for them and looked very modest .The summer dress is pretty .These girls wear beautiful cloths and all dress very nice . They don’t wear tops cut down to there bellybutton or split up to there hips ,please leave them along .There mama and daddy did a great job teaching how ladies dress, I think all the daughters-in-love dress just like sisters. I love this family and no there not perfect but they have really been trained in God’s word how we should live .So stop and let be happy .
The dress is fine. It’s firm fitting but not slutty or anything. She’s very pretty.
