Audrey Roloff Sinks To New Low? Leaves Fans Disgusted
Audrey Roloff has sunk to a new low, according to Little People Big World fans. They are disgusted by her thoughts on the Texas school massacre. The TLC star is one of the many celebrities and public figures who have spoken out about the mass shooting, which killed two teachers and 19 students.
The 30-year-old faced backlash for her controversial message on social media. She told fans to find “hope” in the midst of tragedy. However, that won’t be easy for those who lost children and loved ones. Fans slammed her for the “disgusting” comment, which they find senseless. Read on to learn more.
Audrey Roloff criticized for the “disgusting” comment
Audrey Roloff took to her Instagram Story to share her thoughts on the school shooting. She reposted a quote from the Every Moment Holy Instagram page. The message originally comes from the book, A Liturgy for Grieving a National Tragedy, Every Moment Holy Vol. II: Death, Grief, and Hope. While the passage does not stem from Audrey Roloff’s original thoughts, she still shared the message because she agrees with it.
“Even in the shadow of tragedy, let us not lose hope. Give us eyes to see the rapid movements of mercy rushing to fill these newly wounded spaces.”
However, fans found the message “disrespectful.” They accused the reality star of trying to a “positive” spin on the mass event. On Tuesday, May 24, Salvador Ramos killed 19 children and two teachers at Robb Elementary in Uvalde, Texas. The gunman also left 17 people injured.
"What are we doing? There were more mass shootings than days in the year. Our kids are living in fear."

After several hours of the mass casualty, police shot and killed him. One day after the horrific shooting, Audrey Roloff shared the quote on her Instagram Story. Fans think it was inappropriate to share the message. They think it would’ve been better to not have said anything at all.
LPBW fans sound off on Reddit
Most of the fans took to Reddit to share their thoughts on Audrey Roloff’s message. They weren’t confirmed by those words. Some argued that no one can find a “positive” in this tragedy since school shootings have become common in the U.S. Especially in the case when more children have died from gun violence.
- “How dare someone suggest that any act of mercy can fill this void? To even classify this level of a loss as a ‘void’ is disrespectful and disgusting.”
- “They were 8-12-year-old innocent children that were murdered while in their classroom.”
- “I hate the toxic positivity culture. How does she even attempt to find positivity in this?”
Since the shooting, many celebrities have been calling for stricter gun laws. Others have asked the government to find solutions to this common problem. This isn’t the first time that Audrey Roloff has been slammed for her “out-of-touch” social media posts. Last month, she was slammed for bragging about traveling to Hawaii five times with her family.

She’s young and probably hasn’t had a lot of tragedy in her life. I’m sure she thought she was trying to find something positive that might help the family members.
Audrey is not my favorite person but she probably wanted to find some help for the unthinkable horror that these families are experiencing.
I think when you know God you can have hope ! We can look at all Lot went though and see God restore him. There’s always hope when you trust God even after tragedy! I think in her post she meant well and her heart is with those children and family’s.
