On the show, Max revealed that he’s pretty emotional about it all, too. When Moriah Plath shared about the breakup to her brother, Micah, he met up with Max to get more details. Max confessed to Micah that he had kissed another woman, which ultimately led to Moriah breaking up with him.

Now, he has even more to say about his tears on the show.
Moriah Plath’s ex-boyfriend posts a slobbery photo of himself.
On his Instagram stories this week, Max Kallschmidt shared a short clip of himself. He used a filter, which makes it look like he’s crying dramatically. Fellow TLC star Adam Busby (OutDaughtered) used this same filter on his daughters recently.
While sharing his faux crying face, Moriah Plath’s ex-boyfriend wrote, “Me on the most recent Plathville.”
He added, “This filter is crazy. I was actually smiling.”
Below, you can see the short video he posted of himself “crying,” thanks to the filter he used. This is quite an exaggeration compared to how he actually looked on the show, and it certainly looks like it gave him a good laugh.
In the video, his lips are quivering and his eyes are filled with tears. The filter may look pretty convincing to some fans.
