Kim Kardashian shared what her ultimate goal with Kanye West is. Their divorce is currently playing out on the Hulu series, The Kardashians. In the premiere, the former couple spoke several times about her appearance on Saturday Night Live. During that time, Kim spoke to her ex to decide what to do about the possibility that more footage from her adult video could leak.

She also had to deal with their co-parenting relationship. In another episode, Kim asked her daughter North if she wanted to go with her father to the Grammys. However, it’s unclear when that plan took place. Kim filed for divorce in February 2021 and Kanye was banned from the 2022 ceremony for his Instagram posts.

Didn’t get any respect from Kanye West

Kim Kardashian went through a difficult divorce with Kanye. They couldn’t see eye-to-eye on anything, especially when it came to their children. Kanye would’ve bent over backward if Kim had taken him back. She also addressed the double standard when she speaks about him on the show compared to him speaking about her in interviews.

Kim admitted that she’s still “protective” of her former husband. She is careful about what she says about him, especially in her social media posts. Yet, Kanye has publicly talked about their divorce. He also often mentions her in his songs.

“I am always super protective of Kanye and not sharing a lot of the negative things that have happened,” Kim Kardashian said during her confessional interview, per Us Weekly. “Just because he is not here doing the show. Also, if I do something on a reality show then it’s like, ‘How dare she talk about him?’ But he can do a song and, ‘That’s so creative and expressive.’ It is always two different sides are being expressed in two different ways. One is respected and one is not.”

How does Kim Kardashian feel about that now?

Kim Kardashian revealed why she filed for divorce. She noted that she had to focus on her own happiness. She also feels confident that she can style herself. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, the Yeezy designer told Kim that her “career was over” and that she looked like Marge Simpson when she attended the WSJ Magazine Innovator Awards in October 2021.

The Skims founder is trying to cut her ties with Kanye when it comes to fashion. Kim Kardashian claimed it “was the last thing we really had in common.” The reality star also plans to “take the high road” when it comes to co-parenting their kids. Now, they work on “who takes the kids to school in the morning.” She revealed her ultimate goal with her ex.

“No matter what we’re going through, I always want my kids to be around their dad as much as possible and just to have their mornings with dad and get dropped off at school.”

In the May 19 episode, Kim Kardashian received a message about Kanye’s new song. She learned that it was about her and their family.
