Kim Kardashian purchased a new home located in between her and Kanye West’s homes. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians alum spent $6.3 million for the new property situated next to her custom-built Hidden Hills mansion. She wanted to get her hands on it. So, the self-proclaimed billionaire ended up paying $800,000 more than the asking price.

The 4,320-square-foot home was purchased to expand her ever-growing presence in the neighborhood. Kim wants to take over the area. The house is so convenient that it’s in the middle of her present home and the house that Kanye purchased across the street in December.

Kim Kardashian increases her footprint in the neighborhood

Per The Post, Kim Kardashian plans to expand in the Hidden Hills area. Amid the rumors she could temporarily relocate to Australia for her beau Pete Davidson, she purchased the lavish new home that’s next to her current home. The Hidden Hills home features four bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.

The interior of the home looks nothing like her luscious Kardashian property. It includes shaggy green carpeting, plastered flooring, mirrors all over the walls, velvet curtains, and matching furniture. It sounds like it has a 1970s vibe. Kim Kardashian has plans to transform this home into something more fanciful and minimalist.

As fans know, the Kardashian love their bare and hollow interiors. The property sits over an acre of land. The reality star received four acres after she purchased Kanye’s stake of the land for $23 million in October. This came amid their ongoing divorce.

The home includes a formal dining room and a formal living room with a spiral staircase leading up to the second floor. It’s unclear why Kim Kardashian needs this additional space. It’s likely that she wants to have another home for her family and friends.

Situated next to ex-husband Kanye West

Kim Kardashian’s new home was built in 1975. It’s the first time it was on the market. Lilian Darling Holt passed away at the age of 84 in November 2021. It was then listed. According to the listing, this home “is the perfect place to call home with a remodel or renovation to create a true masterpiece.”

It has more than just a formal dining room and living room. It also comes with a wet bar, fireplace, and sliding doors that look out to the backyard. The main en-suite bedroom and an extra room are located downstairs. Five months ago, Kanye purchased a new home across the street for $4.5 million.
