James Corden Reveals Disturbing Haircare Details
James Corden recently revealed the secret to his jaw-dropping weight loss. Now, he’s spilling his haircare ritual. The funnyman wasn’t cracking a joke when he shared this detail. On a recent episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden, the British TV host shocked fans and staff with his super minimalistic haircare routine.
James Corden gets TMI about his shower habits
On a previous episode of The Late Late Show that aired last week, James Corden talked about how Los Angeles residents have to cut down their time in the shower by four minutes. The rule is to preserve the local water supply. The 43-year-old comedian was shocked to learn that most people’s showers take 10 minutes. He admitted that it takes him “three or four minutes” to shower.
This brought up an interesting conversation between Corden and his staff. They mused about how long people spend showering. One of his Late Late Show staffers admitted the time is spent on whether they wash their hair or not. The Cats star shared the secret behind his quick showers.
“I use soap, but I don’t wash my hair,” James Corden admitted on national television. “I wash it every two months. That is a true story.”
His staffers called him “dirty” and “nasty.” Corden playfully argued with them. He said, “I do not think we are nasty!” It’s unclear who he was referring to. Maybe Corden was insinuating that Brits don’t wash their hair as often and take a shorter amount of time to shower.
As TV Shows Ace previously reported, James Corden talked about the secrets behind his 14-pound weight loss. Since becoming a WW ambassador, he’s had a new outlook on his lifestyle. He admitted that he will drink “a vile 15-calorie, sugar-free, vitamin-laden health drink” in the morning and doesn’t “deprive” himself of his favorite foods during the day.
Leaving The Late Late Show
James Corden last shocked fans when he announced his plans to exit the CBS series. He plans to leave the longtime role sometime in summer 2023. Corden said that it was a difficult decision he had to make. He had no idea the show would last this long.
“It’s been it’s a really hard decision to leave because I’m so immensely proud of the show,” James Corden told Deadline. “I’m thrilled to be extending [for a year]. I always thought I’d do it for five years and then leave and then I stayed on. I’ve really been thinking about it for a long time, thinking whether there might be one more adventure.”
He also credited the staff for their hard work and support on the show. The late-night talk show has a wide variety of segments, including “Carpool Karaoke.” What are your thoughts on James Corden’s hair care ritual? Sound off below in the comment section.
