Friday Night Smackdown set the stage for what is sure to be an interesting few months in the WWE Universe. RK-Bro and The Usos finally agreed on a match to unify the WWE Smackdown and Raw Tag Team Titles. Ronda Rousey defended her newly won Smackdown Women’s Title against Raquel Rodriguez. Sami Zayn attempted to stick his nose in RK-Bro’s business, however, it didn’t end well for him. Here are 3 Must-See Moments from Friday Night Smackdown, plus full results from the show.
WWE Smackdown: 3 Must-See Moments
Sami Zayn’s big mouth
Randy Orton and Riddle have been the most popular tag team in the WWE Universe over the last year. With that popularity has become a rejuvenated Orton with Riddle maximizing his potential. RK-Bro started as a joke, however, they’ve turned into champions who have represented WWE Raw for many months. With RK-Bro calling out The Bloodline on Friday Night Smackdown, someone else answered the call. Wearing a Bloodline T-Shirt, Sami Zayn made his way to the ring and attempted to talk RK-Bro out of their Unification Match with The Bloodline. After a wart of words, Zayn and Riddle were quickly booked in a match to the open the show. Despite Zayn’s best efforts, Riddle walked away as the winner.
Happy Corbin blindsides Madcap Moss
Madcap Moss won the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal trophy earlier this year, much to the chagrin of Happy Corbin. After Corbin was defeated by Drew McIntyre at Wrestlemania, their friendship had been on the rocks. Over the last few weeks, Corbin and Moss have been in each other’s faces, with Madcap getting the best of his former friend. During WWE Smackdown, Corbin cheap-shotted Moss and destroyed the Andre The Giant trophy while using it as a weapon in the process.

RK-Bro challenge The Bloodline
After putting away Sami Zayn, RK-Bro has their eyes set on bigger goals. Roman Reigns and the rest of The Bloodline came to the ring as the champion called on the WWE Universe to acknowledge him. RK-Bro were quick to follow as they humorously took shots at one another while mocking The Bloodline. In the end, The Usos accepted RK-Bro’s challenge for a unification tag team match on next week’s WWE Smackdown. To seal the deal, Riddle caught Reigns with a stiff knee to the face before he and Orton bailed to the outside.
