Tom Schwartz addressed his awkward living arrangements with his ex-wife Katie Maloney. Last month, they shocked fans when they announced their split after 12 years together. Katie previously revealed on her podcast that Schwartz is still living with her. Fans have been wondering when he’s going to move out.

The Vanderpump Rules star kind of answered those questions in a new interview. He claims the two are good friends despite their divorce. Katie and Schwartz split after three years of marriage. Both attended the grand opening of Vanderpump à Paris restaurant in Paris Las Vegas on Thursday, April 21.

Is he still living with Katie Maloney?

Tom Schwartz spoke with E! News at the event. He’s been talking a lot about their divorce lately. The Bravo star claims not to have any bad feelings about his ex, even though fans beg to differ. He also confirmed that they’re still living together and it’s not as awkward as some may think.

“We still live together, so it’s not awkward,” Tom Schwartz told E! News at the event. “Even though we’re divorced, I still have a deep love and admiration for her.”

Once again, he admitted that he’s “f***ing bummed” about their split. He echoed the same sentiments he first shared in his statement on Instagram. Schwartz had nothing but kind words to say about Katie. He even went as far as to call her “beautiful” during the interview.

“I love her,” Tom Schwartz continued. “She’s thriving. She’s on fire professionally.”

He admits that they’re doing “pretty well” despite the demise of their marriage. Things between them have been going smoother than expected. Of course, Katie was the one who called it quits. She was also the one who filed the divorce papers.

Schwartz would’ve held them back if she never went through with it. Katie realized she wasn’t in love with him for the past few months. She kept these feelings to herself and didn’t share them with Schwartz until recently. Katie also revealed that she’s ready to date again.

Is Tom Schwartz ready to start dating again?

Dating rumors already have been hounding Tom Schwartz. He took to Twitter to confirm that he didn’t attend Coachella. This comes after a blind item claimed that he was heavily making out with Pump Rules co-star Raquel Leviss, who split from James Kennedy in December 2021.

At the event, E! News asked Schwartz if he was ready to date again. “Oh hell motherf***ing no,” he responded. “Oh my god, I am horrified at the prospect of dating.”

“I truly love human beings but, on an intimate level, the thought of dating another human being is horrifying,” Tom Schwartz admitted.

When Katie and Schwartz first started dating, there were no dating apps. He wouldn’t know what to do while on one. The TomTom co-manager suggested that he probably will “be single for a long time,” but not in a “sad way.” Schwartz also admitted that while he and Katie weren’t “a model couple,” they are “model divorcees” for the new age.
