Wendy Williams is getting ready for her big comeback. Last month, she had an audio interview with Good Morning America. She revealed that she plans to return to TV within the next three months. Wendy went on a temporary hiatus due to her health issues, but she’s not letting that stop her.

She’s not interested in retiring. Wendy had to walk away from the eponymous talk show late last year. She’s hoping to regain her title of “Queen of TV” even though her show has since been canceled. Per Page Six, Wendy Williams was spotted in New York on Wednesday, April 13 having dinner at Fresco by Scotto.

She was there with television personality Baruch Shemtov, her niece Alex Finnie, and Alex’s boyfriend Eric Houston. During the sighting, Wendy was heard saying that she is ready for her “big comeback on TV.” She is still trying to get her money released from Wells Fargo.

“Wendy was talking to Baruch about her situation with Wells Fargo and she confidently said, ‘I’m getting my money back very soon.’ She’s ready to get back to work. When you hear her talk… anyone who’s known her for years, knows they’re getting a Wendy who’s ready to work. She’s really in good form.”

Wendy Williams looked ecstatic to be out in public. The insider added that she looked “vibrant.” The former radio DJ didn’t need help with walking to and from her car. She is in high spirits.

TV show host wants to return to work

Wendy Williams made it clear that she’s made for television, even though she didn’t appear on camera on GMA. In a new Instagram post, she had a big smile on her face as she wore an animal print fur coat and an oversized handbag from Louis Vuitton. “Ready for court,” the caption of the post read. Wendy edited the caption to simply “Ready” hours later.
