New Photo Confuses Fans: How Many Duggar Women Are Pregnant?
A new photo of several of the Duggar ladies has Counting On viewers confused about which ones are pregnant and which ones aren’t. Jim Bob and Michelle have 19 kids, plus many grandkids and in-laws. So, in a family this big, it’s hard for fans to keep track of what’s going on at any given moment.

A new photo of the Duggar ladies pops up online.
One of the Duggar women’s friends, Gabrielle, shared a post in honor of Abbie’s birthday this weekend. She wrote, “Happiest of birthdays to one of the bestest friends ever! Love you so much Abbie! Will forever be grateful for your friendship!”
The photo features Joy-Anna, Katey, and Abbie standing alongside their friend.
It looks like the photo might have been taken at Katey Nakatsu’s baby shower. Katey is Jed’s wife.
On Reddit, Duggar fans and critics are talking about the new photo and how confusing it is. There has been heavy speculation about Joy-Anna and Abbie possibly being pregnant. But this photo is throwing everyone off.
This photo has convinced one Reddit user that Abbie isn’t pregnant. But Joy-Anna’s pose has them thinking she very well could be.
One snarker says, “I definitely think Joy’s pregnant. These women hide behind an arm or bag if they have something to hide.”
Another snarker thinks that neither Abbie nor Joy is pregnant in this photo. They explain, “Nope no way. Joy doesn’t look like she’s hiding anything, also she was in Carlin’s video last weekend, not showing. Abbey’s dress is unforgiving so she is definately not preggers.”
One Duggar snarker thinks that Abbie wouldn’t be dressed and all made up for this photo if she was pregnant. When she was pregnant with her daughter, Gracie, she had hyperemesis gravidarum, which is very severe morning sickness that lasts through the duration of a pregnancy. So, if she had HG with another pregnancy, she likely wouldn’t have been at this event.
Who’s currently pregnant, and who might be?
Only two Duggar women are known to be pregnant at the moment. Katey and Jed are expecting their first baby together. The baby boy is due in April 2022, so he will be making his big debut any day now.
Jill Dillard is also pregnant with a baby boy. She and Derick Dillard will welcome their third son to the world in July 2022.
Fans suspect that many more women in the family are currently expecting and that they might announce a pregnancy soon. There have been rumors about Joy-Anna Forsyth, Lauren, Kendra, and Abbie all being pregnant. But none of this speculation has been confirmed at this point.
