Abbie Duggar Surfaces Amid Pregnancy Rumors: See Rare Photos
Rumors are circulating that Abbie Duggar is expecting her second child. However, new photos of her have finally surfaced on Friday, April 8. Does she have a baby bump, or are those rumors nothing more than speculation? Stick around to get the latest update on this Duggar daughter-in-law.
Abbie and her husband, John Duggar, have one daughter, Gracie, who recently turned two years old. Fans thought that the couple would want to grow their family, like many of the other Duggars have. However, when Abbie was pregnant with Gracie, she suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum and was even hospitalized.
So, fans can understand why John and Abbie would wait to have more children or why they would not have any more kids after Gracie.
Abbie Duggar Pregnancy Rumors Fly
In late February, YouTuber Katie Joy Paulson of Without a Crystal Ball said, “My source alleges that she’s dealing with severe morning sickness called hyperemesis gravidarum. She had this condition with Gracie. My source alleges it’s worse this time & she’s ‘profusely ill’ and struggling to care for Gracie and herself.”
At that point, the source claimed that Abbie was about 12 weeks along. So, by now, she would be around 18 weeks pregnant. It’s possible that she could have a baby bump by now.

On Instagram on Friday, April 8, a few photos were posted by a friend of the Duggars. It looks like a group of ladies got together to exchange plants. Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth, Katey Nakatsu Duggar, Esther Bates, and other friends were there. This is the same group that celebrated “Galentine’s Day” back in February.
A couple of the photos posted clearly show Abbie Duggar’s stomach, which does not have an obvious baby bump. It’s possible that she’s not yet showing, though. But if she is pregnant, she may have attempted to hide her stomach in these photos. As you can see below, her stomach is visible.
Unfortunately, there is no way to know for sure whether Abbie Duggar is expecting another baby. The whole Duggar family has been laying low following Josh’s arrest, trial, and a guilty verdict. So, announcements aren’t as frequent as they used to be. Fans suspect there are several Duggar pregnancies that have not yet been announced publicly.
