WWE NXT Stand and Deliver has come and gone and a new era is here. Dolph Ziggler pulled off the upset with a win over Bron Breakker, but it didn’t last long. Breakker regained the title on WWE Raw and defended it 24 hours later on NXT 2.0. The NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship was on the line. The Creed Brothers and Imperium do battle and much more. Joe Gacy gets personal with Breakker
WWE NXT 2.0 kicked off with newly crowned champion Bron Breakker hitting the ring. Breakker spoke about Wrestlemania weekend and defeating Dolph Ziggler on WWE Raw for the NXT Championship. Within moments, Gunther’s music hit and The Ring General went face to face with the new champion. Gunther challenged Breakker to a title match which was made official for the main event. Breakker got the win before his attention was diverted to Joey Gacy and Harland holding his father Rick Stienr hostage.
Toxic Attraction snaps back
Raquel Gonzalez & Dakota Kai kicked off NXT Stand & Deliver on the pre-show by regaining the tag team titles. With the titles back in their possession, it was only a matter of time before they would put the championship on the line. Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne used the rematch clause in the contract to get another shot at the titles and it paid off. While Gonzalez and Kai had the momentum, it was Mandy Rose who came to the ring and made the difference. Rose served as a distraction allowing Toxic Attraction to hit Toxic Shock for the win and championship.
Challenge accepted
Grimes first challenge
After months of falling short, Cameron Grimes finally walked out a winner. At NXT Stand & Deliver, Grimes overcame the odds in the multi-man ladder match to win the North American championship. Solo Sikoa came to the ring with confidence and issued a challenge for next week. Grimes quickly accepted and a match for North American Title is one week away.
